Joss Stone attended the Kennedy Center Honors State Department Dinner last night in Washington, DC looking amazing.  Joss arrived in a body hugging dress that showed of her incredible body and great legs.  Joss was even playful enough to stick out her tongue to the photographers as she walked of the red carpet.
