Ah yes the holiday that has gone from religious meaning to girls dressing up as hookers and men dressing up as anything that will get the girls dressed as hookers to pay attention to them.  In honor of this candy filled day I bring you some fun games and videos from Liquid Generation.  Remember today is the one day each year every kid is allowed to take candy from strangers - and you wonder why kids are so messed up these days!
