The always stunning Rosario Dawson is looking other worldly in the January 2009 issue of Italy’s Max Magazine.  The actress is currently starring in the disapointing move The Spirit and the Will Smith Drama Seven Pounds.

Will Smith worked the red carpet with co-star Rosario Dawson in Los Angeles for the premiere of their new movie Seven Pounds.  Smith also met up with some former French Prince co-stars in Tatyana Ali and Alfonso Ribeiro.

Rosario Dawson is just sexy in in this photo shoo by Sheryl Nields she looking incredible.  It is a bit of a slow news day before the holiday so I think admiring Rosario is a wonderful alternative to no news.
