Kate Beckinsale stars in the new mystery thriller Whiteout based on a graphic novel. In the film she plays the US Marshall assigned to Antarctica, Carrie Stetko, who has to investigate a murder before winter arrives…..or she will be trapped with the murderer. The film hits theaters September 11, 2009.
