Caitlin Upton, made famous a few weeks ago after her bumbling response to a question during the Miss Teen USA pageant, had a brief spot at the VMAs. Caitlin had to read from a teleprompter and inform the fans at home about some awards and more info about the show. You think maybe she could have rehearsed that a bit before going live?
