Breaking News: Larry Birkhead the Father of Anna Nicole’s baby

Larry Birkhead has been identified as the biological father of Danielynn, the baby girl of Anna Nicole Smith. Larry gave a brief statement in the Bahamas and stated that test results showed a 99.999% certainty that he was indeed the father. There is still no word on what will happen with custody as Anna did specify she wanted the child to stay with Howard K. Stern. With Anna’s mother now coming into the mix expect Larry and Howard to join forces to make sure the child doesn’t end up with her. More details to follow.

Anna Nicole Smith – Accidental OD Caused Death

The results of the autopsy findings from the death of Anna Nicole were released today.Â The blonde playmate apparently died from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

Â The police chief of the Seminole Indian tribe said Monday that Anna Nicole Smith died Feb. 8 of an accidental drug overdose.

“We found nothing to indicate any foul play,” said Police Chief Charlie Tiger

Minutes later, Broward Medical Examiner Joshua Perper said the detailed autopsy showed no evidence of disease involved in the death or suicide.

Perper’s initial examination revealed no serious injuries and no evidence, either in Smith’s stomach or her bloodstream, that she had taken large amounts of prescription medication. Perper said prescription drugs, but no illegal drugs, were found in Smith’s hotel room. He wouldn’t identify them.

The rumor of foul play had been circling for weeks around Howard K. Stern and this report should clear him of any potential wrongdoing in her death.Â However, the fight over Anna’s daughter should continue for some time.

Paternity test ordered in Anna Nicole case

It looks like all the questions about who the father of Danielynn will be decided by the scientific community as a judge has ordered a paternity test.

A Bahamian judge ordered a DNA test Tuesday on Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter to identify the girl’s father, an attorney for the baby’s grandmother said, in what could signal an end to a bitter custody feud sparked by the death of the former reality TV star last month.

Larry Birkhead, an ex-boyfriend of the Playboyplaymate who asked the judge to order the test on 6-month-old Dannielynn, pumped his fists in the air and jumped up and down as he emerged from the private court hearing.

It is just sad that the death of AnnÂ Nicole has led to this circus.Â Hopefully whoever the father of this little girl is can give her a normal life andÂ help her avoid the same pitfalls thatÂ ended Anna’s life way to early.Â Â The worst thing is to have Anna’s mother get anywhere near that child.Â There is a reason why Anna didn’t talk to her for a decade and she is nothing but a gold digging hick!

Anna Nicole’s Mother wants the body!

The verdict last week giving Anna’s body to her infant daughter is being appealed by Anna’s mother because she wants the body!

A Florida appeals court has suspended a lower court ruling that would have allowed the burial of former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas.

The Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach has granted an emergency petition by Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, to stop a court-appointed guardian for Smith’s five-month-old daughter from taking the body to the islands, where Smith lived the final months of her life.

At the rate they are making this decision Anna will be dust by the time someone gets the body. Why don’t they just cremate Anna and split her ashes into three equal parts so everyone has something to take back home. Some dust in Texas, some next to Marilyn Monroe, and some in the Bahamas. This is why you make an iron clad will stating how you want your remains handled. Anna’s life was a big circus so she is probably looking down at this drunk off her ass and laughing!

Not exactly mom f the year is she?

This death of Anna Nicole Smith almost to the final step to her burial, but even after a judges ruling and a nice press conference their are still question marks.

Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas, alongside her son, it was announced Thursday after a tearful judge left the decision up to the attorney for the model’s baby daughter.

Richard Milstein, the court-appointed lawyer for 5-month-old Dannielynn, announced the plans not long after a judge gave him control of Smith’s final resting place. He gave no timeframe for the burial.

Anna being buried next to her son would be the most logical place for her to be put to rest. You can’t know what she was thinking, but you know she cared deeply for her son and would want to be with him. Unfortunately rumors are out that Anna’s mother will appeal the ruling and try to have Anna buried in Texas. It is a shame that one of the most beautiful women in he world in her prime would end up a side show in death.

Anna Nicole Smith’s death has become even more of a circus today after her will revealed that she left everything to her late son Daniel. There is no mention of her new born daughter and the executor is Howard Stern. The will hadn’t been updated since 2001 and will cause another fight to go along with the running paternity suits, death certificate, and who gets the body.

It took the ruling of a judge, but Anna Nicole Smith’s body is finally being released so a funeral can be held. The body had been kept in order to gather DNA evidence in the pending paternity suit of her new born daughter.

A Los Angeles judge on Wednesday lifted an order that kept Anna Nicole Smith’s body from being buried, saying that enough DNA required for a legal battle over her infant daughter was obtained during Smith’s autopsy.

There is still no word on who will claim Anna’s body and where the funeral will be held. This circus is just disgusting and any person deserves better than the treatment she is receiving. Hopefully Howard Stern will claim Anna’s body since he seems to be the person that as closest to her.

You have to feel for this little baby

Autopsy Inconclusive for Anna Nicole

We will have to wait to find out what caused the death of Anna Nicole Smith since her autopsy was unable to find an obvious cause.

During a press conference Friday afternoon, Perper said a nearly six-hour autopsy excluded any physical injury as a cause of death and also revealed no evidence of a large amount of drugs in Smith’s stomach, which could have indicated a deadly overdose. Perper said a small amount of blood was found in Smith’s stomach, which could be related to her going into shock before she died but that he would be unable to determine a definitive cause of death without three to five more weeks of intensive tests.

Prior to Perper’s announcement, reports surfaced that police gathered both illegal and prescription drugs from Smith’s Florida hotel room, though Seminole Police Department Chief Charlie Tiger said only prescription drugs had been found at the scene and that there was no evidence that a crime had occurred.

It is only fitting that even in death Anna is a three ring circus. On top of all of this going on another man has come forward claiming to be the father her Anna’s daughter. That man is the husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor!

The Death of Anna Nicole Smith

The former Playboy playmate and stripper who was has been involved in several legal issues passed away today in Florida.

Anna Nicole Smith died Thursday after collapsing at a hotel and being being rushed to the hospital, one of her lawyers said.

Smith collapsed in her room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene and had been intubated. Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST and attorney Ron Rail confirmed that she had died nearly an hour later.

A very sad end to a complicated and troubled life. More info as it becomes available.
