Matt Garza no hits Detroit Tigers

Matt Garza has become the fifth pitcher in the 2010 MLB season to toss a no hitter.  The Tampa Bay Rays pitcher allowed one base runner and face the minimum 27 batter against the solid hitting Detroit Tigers.  This was the first no-hitter in the short history of the Rays and allows them to keep pace with the Yankees who are currently winning in Cleveland where Alex Rodriguez is attempting to blast his 600th home run.  For the game Garza threw 120 pitches, 80 for strikes, and had one walk with six strike outs.
