Elena Kagan will be nominated by President Obama for the Supreme Court. The New York raised Kagan, who was formerly the Dean of Harvard Law School, is currently the country’s first Solicitor General. Her name has been at the top of the rumor list to be nominated ever since current 90 year old Justice John Paul Stevens announced he will retire. On a lighter side of her nomination will be comments about her amazing resemblance to former Saturday Night Live funny man Mike Myers. I mean it is uncanny how much she look like him. Even the haircut is the same! Wonder if he will make a guest appearance on SNL to promote the final Shrek movie and so a little Elena at her nomination interview.
