Ashley Tisdale showed up looking way too tan for the winter as she attended the 21st birthday for High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens.  The party was held at East in Los Angeles and was attended by Slena Gomez, Birttany Snow, and other young stars hoping to stay relevant in the next decade.
