Venezuela has done it again by taking home the crown at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant held August 23 in the Bahamas. Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez is only 18-years-old, but she beat out four finalists from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Kosovo, and Australia. Fernandez was also crowned Miss Venezuela 2008 so she is no stranger to wearing the crown.
