Michael Phelps, fresh off his solid performance at the World Championships, was involved in a car accident last night in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. According to reports Phelps, driving a late model Escalade, collided with a Honda Accord causing serious damage to both cars. The woman in the Honda was taken to the hospital for precautionary measure and Phelps was shaken bun not injured in the accident. What caused the accident has not been released at this time.
