After her recent split form long time boyfriend Reggis Bush you would think it would have taken the relity star some time before she headed back to the club scene, but that just wouldn’t be Hollywood would it?  Kim hit up Madame Royale in West Hollywood with Melody Thornton and Lala Vasquez.
