E. Lynn Harris dead at 54

E. Lynn Harris, noted gay black author, has passed away at the age of 54.  Harris rose from self publishing his own books to best seller status with works Invisible Life, Just As I Am, Too Good To Be True, Abide With Me, and his most current work Basketball Jones.  Harris was on the West Coast promoting that book when he took ill while at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.  He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and passed away last night.  No cause of death has been released as of now, but expect more once the autopsy results are released.
