Paris Hilton BFF contestant dies (Photos)

The new season of Paris Hilton My New British Best Friend has met with some sad news.  The runner-up,  Kate McKenzie, has died at the age of 25.

Paris responded to the news via her Twitter page.  Kate, a former pole dancer, finished second to Samuel Haxtell and Paris stated that they would still remain friends even though she did not win the competition.  No cause of death has been announced and police do not suspect foul play at this time.
