Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick welcome Twins

Reports out of Ohio have stated that the surrogate carrying a baby for Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick has given birth to twin girls.  No official statement has been made by the celebrity couple of the hospital, but Sex and the City co-star Kim Cattrall has issued a congratulations.  More info on the story at People.
