Chris Brown plea bargain avoids jail time

Chris Brown was supposed to face the music and hear Rihanna tell her side of the beating she received at his hands in a pre-Grammy incident, but thanks to a last hour plea deal that was not going to happen. Brown will be avoiding jail and serving 5 years of probation. On top of the probation he is also going to attend domestic-violence counseling for a year and perform 1400 hours of community service. The 1400 hours can be performed in his home state of Virginia and the judge stated that it will not e a walk in the park. Look for Chris on highways all over the state making roads beautiful in an bright orange vest.
