Guitar Hero wants you to see some concerts

All you music fans out there are you ready for the September launch of Guitar Hero 5? If you are like me and can’t wait to rock out to the likes of Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones, The White Stripes, Kings of Leon, and a huge list of other awesome musicians why not try and score some free concert tickets? Activision is commemorating the launch of their latest release with a chance to win 5 tickets to 5 different concerts. All you have to do is visit their site, register for free, and answer a few questions! While you are there you can even get a free MP3 download of the featured act in GH5 – Wolfmother!

Song in new Guitar Hero commercial?
I’m not talking about the one with Phelps. There is a new Guitar Hero World Tour commercial that shows a concert in the back of a guy’s head and they play a cool western sounding song in the background and I have to know what this song is. A guy plays the song I want at 1.51 into the video at the link so watch that if you haven’t seen the commercial. I know they once played it on the station 103.1 The Buzz which is a rock station.
