Kristin steals Heather’s dress

Heather Graham worked the red carpet in Dublin for the premiere of The Hangover in a sexy black dress with some interesting cutouts along the side.  Now if you thought that was a unique loo and wondered who else should try to pull it off you didn’t have to wait long.  Kristin Cavallari, new star of The Hills, figured she would give it a go at the Wizard of Oz Opening Night Gala at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in LA.  The question is now which blonde wore it better?
