Lindsy Lohan is keeping herself busy while in London and was spotted out last night at a Japanese restaurant in the Soho area of town. That wasn’t the only thing worth noticing about Lindsay last night. She was also sporting what appears to be an engagement ring on her left ring finger. Now is she getting back together with Sam or is she just trying to generate some buzz?
