JLo not good enough for basic cable

Jennifer Lopez is learning about Jon & Kate Plus 8 the hard way these days.  The former Flygirl turned music sensation turned mom was trying to land a reality show with TLC that would chronicle the making of a new JLo scent.  Well TLC said they needed the twins to be part of the show and she didn’t want that.  When J&K pulled in nearly 10 million viewers for it’s premiere JLo was no longer a hot enough commodity by herself to warrant an entire 30 minutes a week.   Maybe MTV will put her up along with Paris Hilton’s BFF show.
