Rihanna usually has some unique fashion choices, but her puffy tux for the Costume Institute Gala is right up there with Madonna for worst dressed of the night. It looks like a reject from an episode of Seinfeld or something. Maybe she is trying to look bigger to scare of Chris Brown and how come no smile Ri Ri?
