Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are fresh off their swine flu honeymoon in Mexico. What better way to celebrate their joyous union than a pictorial for Playboy magazine. According to reports Heidi has been approached to do a bit of nude modeling for the publication and her wonderful husband is all for the idea. I wonder why? Well apparently Spencer is working on a $500,000 pay day for his surgically enhanced new bride. Ah these two are just meant for each other.
