Eva Herzigova barely fills out her bikini

Eva Herzigova, a well known Czech top model and former SI Swimsuit model, is looking quite frail and skinny as she vacations in the Caribbean with her boyfriend.  Now Eva was never thick, but she always had some shape to her once amazing body.  The view of Eva knelling down next to her boyfriend just can’t be a good sign.
