Beyonce was in New York City this weekend getting ready fr her third solo world tour. The I Am… Tour kicks off March 26th in Edmonton, Canada, but the crazy hipped one was filming a video for the concert in Tribeca. I can’t seem to get around the hip area of this dress and it is freaking me out. For one it looks crazy uncomfortable and that is why Beyonce is making some of these faces and second it just seems wrong. Is that padding? Is i some corset sucking in her waist? Did she have Janet Jackson like rib removal? It is just messing with my head people!
