A still very underage Miley Cyrus is trying to stay fit as she was spotted jogging with her way too old to date a 16 year old boyfriend Justin Gaston. Missing from Miley hands were any sign of a purity ring, but lucky for her she was willing to show Justin some Disney approved cleavage.
