A relaxed Matthew McConaughey and his stunning Brazilian girlfriend Camila Alves, in Rio de Janeiro for the Carnival, can be seen on the balcony of their hotel room overlooking Ipanema beach before going for a barefoot stroll among the Sunday morning masses. They get a lot of attention from the locals as they walk holding hands, before going on the beach. McConaughey then takes his shirt off and goes for a jog before the stunned locals.
