Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving the house of her girlfriend Samantha Ronson today. She was looking very confident in healthy as she strutted in tight jeans ans a well filled out tank top. It seems that her weight issues are behind her because this is the old lindsay that was making those Hot 100 lists a few years ago.
