Rihanna busting out in yellow

Rihanna attended the Feeding America event in Washington, DC last night in a stunning yellow dress.  The single strap dress showed of her incredible legs and also barely contained her cleavage.  I don’t know if President Obama attended this event – he was taking in a lot of parties last night – but Rihanna was making sure that was was going to get noticed if he did.
