Francis and Flynt want $5 Billion for smut

January 8, 2009

Joe Francis, founder of Girls Gone Wild, and Larry Flynt, the founder of Hustler, are asking the government for $5 billion to help bailout the porn industry.  They are claiming that with the current economic downturn has turned people away from thought of naughtier natures and thus has translated into less spending.  Sales of GGW and Hustler are both down, but that is mainly because their is an abundance of easy to obtain material online and having stuff delivered to your mailbox at home is a bit old school.  The adult industry generated over $12 billion in sales for 2007 and shows no signs of vanishing.  Good luck guys!
