UK singer Lily Allen leaves Baglioni Hotel in London, after having spent most of the day there. The pop songstress then headed home. When she arrived at her house, she had a small ‘wardrobe malfunction’ and left her bra on show. As soon as she noticed she quickly covered up and blushed with embarrassment.
