Lindsay busts out the freckles for New Years

Lindsay Lohan busted out the freckles in Miami Beach for New Years.  The healthy looking freckled one was looking good in  black bikini that showed off her once vanished cleavage.  There was no sign of Sam on the beach, but I don’t see her as a beach person.  Plus she is probably working a show for $30,000 at some club as long as Lindsay shows up to stand next to her.
