Jessica Simpson signs her scent

Jessica Simpson might not be the biggest music star in the world and she might not have a hit reality show, but she can still sell perfume.  The current flame of Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was in Costa Mesa, California pushing her new signature fragrance Fancy.  Jessica was looking as gorgeous as always in a low cut red dress and sexy black heels as she chatted with fans that were dropping $80 a bottle for her perfume.
