Bar Refaeli has taken steps to save the world.  The stunning girlfriend of Leo DiCaprio has teamed up with Corona in the Corona Save the Beach campaign. She was on hand at the Andaz Hotel, Liverpool Street, London, UK posing next to a Corona surf board and looking very casual.
