Anthony Ottaviano was a rising star at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison law firm, but he was gunned down by an obsessed fan of his S&M girlfriend, Edythe Maa.  She is better known in the S&M model world as Jade Vixen.  David Krieg, the obsessed fan, followed the couple back to their Philadelphia home and killed Ottaviano and kidnapped Maa.  She was later released by Krieg before he turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.  It was a tragic ending for Ottaviano, an ivy league graduate, whose passion for the S&M lifestyle led to his untimely death/
