MAVRIXPHOTO.COM A home’s Halloween decoration showing a Sarah Palin effigy hanging from a noose created much controversy in the West Hollywood community where the home is located. Major news media outlets and lookiloos swarmed the house as the Halloween decoration made national news. Protesters briefly blocked views of the effigy with sheets of fabric.
