The 3rd Annual Top 49 Most Influential Men results have been released by AskMen.com. These years top list got a political as the Presidential election creeps up on us with Barack Obama taking the top spot. Rounding out the top 5 were Apple CEO Steve Jobs, Olympian Michael Phelps, Iron Man Robert Downey Jr., and Host of the Colbert Robert Steve Colbert.
