Beer Barrel Belly Bruiser Burger Conquered (Photos)

They say a chef has to be in love with food to be a world class chef and Brad Sciullo loves food more than anyone….ever!  Brad was the first person to eat the 15lb Beer Barrel Belly Bruiser at Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.  It only took Brad about 4 and a half hours to eat the 15 pounds of ground meat and 5 lbs of toppings, which include bun, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, mild banana peppers and a cup each of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and relish.  The total weight of this thing was over 20 pounds! The hard part as to be the bun…or the fear you stomach would explode like that fat guy from Seven that was force fed canned spaghetti. When asked why he decided to attempt to eat this thing his answer was profound and meaningful – I wanted to see if I could.  Brings a tear to your eye doesn’t it?
