Karina Smirnoff shows more than she planned (photos)

Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, dancers from the ABC hit Dancing with the Stars, were spotted leaving Coco DeVille last night and Karina proved she hasn’t learned how to properly enter a car, which wasn’t like a Honda Civic hybrid which is just odd not to see in Hollywood these days, while wearing a dress.  Lucky for her she wasn’t pulling a Britney and she didn’t give the paparazzi a full on show, but still ladies come on. How many celebrities do we see that just fail to take the necessary precautions to prevent a trip up the skirt?

First her bikini falls off when she is vacationing with Mario Lopez and now this.  We expect more from you Karina!
