Aubrey O’Day bounced from Danity Kane

Tonight was part one of the Making The Band 4 finale and it ended with a cliffhanger. During the episode it was found out that Dawn was recording stuff for Diddy’s new CD and a Bad Boy representative told Aubrey O’Day that Dawn would be going solo. On top of that Diddy sat the group down and it became apparent that no one was getting a long and they were barely talking. Not only had Aubrey reached out to Diddy about leaving the group, but so had Aundrea! At the end of the episode Aubrey tells Diddy that she and the group she be kept in the loop about what is happening and Diddy snaps telling her he doesn’t have to communicate anything and he doesn’t want Aubrey in the group. Guess we have to wait and see if cooler heads prevail next week.

I can’t stand it when they leave me on the edge of my seat like that…but I actually thought this group would go far but it seems like everytime diddy gets a group or an artist they either sell no records leave the group or he disbands them but I dnt think aubrey should’ve got kicked out 4 voicing her opinion….or maybe they’re just doing this 4 ratings cuz I dnt think diddy is that stupid 2 mess up his biggest project on Bad Boy when they’re making him hella money.

Ok…so Diddy did it again…here I am thinking this is it, and now I have to wait until next week. In my opinion, I think losing aubrey in the group really isn’t a big deal. She used to be my fav. I adored how hard-working and humble she was, but it’s gotten to the point that you can obviously tell she feels she’s better than the rest of the group. I’m all for women hustling their way to the top when they see opportunity, however all she seems to be doing is degrading herself. Now i’m all about sexuality, but really when everything out of your mouth in an interview or on the show is about sex, what kind of a role model are you becoming?
I’ve read numerous interviews that she has done and where as I’m happy to see her standing up for herself and voicing her opinions, Diddy is still her boss (or was..lol) I feel that she has the potential to do other things and be great at them, but she needs to gain some self-respect. If you look back to the first season, she was beautiful, humble, hard-working and grateful of the opportunity that she was given. I hardly see that anymore. She ruined her natural beauty with whatever she did to her lips…and she looks sloppy. When one doesn’t take herself seriously in a group, it’s hard to take the rest of them seriously. I hope she grows up a little more and learns to love herself not for her sexuality but for her intelligence and talent. Because she really has some great potential. As for Danity Kane, I think they’ll be ok without her. But we gotta remember, editing is a b*tch…and u never know what might end up happening next week.

aubrey is impresionable and has gotten caught up in the hollywood life, haaving plactic surgery and shit.

she’s such trash and she makes the rest of them look like hoes by association. if diddy got rid of her it would be no great loss. let her go do her wannabe porn thang, and give someone who appreciates the opp a chance to step in. hope they can get it together, but on the other hand, i know diddy is all about the ratings and is a clever business man. he knows that controversy sells records, concert tix, and clothes, so this may blow over on next week’s episode. he knows that you guys are marking the days until next tuesday lol

the season finale continues next week..and i think that danity kane is better off without aubrey plus dawn has the best voice out of all of them but i dont understand how ur in the same group but you dont trust eachother its the gossip that messed them all up they need to resolve that but danity kane will still be th BEST female artist group with or without aubrey

Pretty much none of Diddy’s groups stay together. Day 26 will probably break up too. I agree with everyone who says Danity Kane does not need Aubrey. She looks slutty. I noticed she tries to be in the front when they perform. She let all this go to her head. I will not be disappointed if she gets kicked out the group. Danity Kane does not need Aubrey. And yes…she does have way too much to say. That girl loves pushing Diddy’s buttons. I’d like to see how far she makes it without Danity Kane. I say: “Let the Trick go….LOL. Have a good day….:o)

Well, the way that I see it. Actually it is none of Aubrey’s business what Diddy is doing with others in the group. The reason being is that she is in magazines and doing her thing, D-Woods is in Lloyd’s video, so why in the hell can’t Dawn sing on one of his songs and do a solo album/song? Bottom line is…Aubrey talks too much! However, on the other hand Diddy has to be out of his mind to kick her out of the group. I’m with Jasz (response from October 8, 2008) on this one. This is a huge project. My thought is that he will let Aubrey back in. Although people will still continue to watch the show because they’re going to be curious to see who will take her place, if any.

Here’s my thought on tonight’s show. Diddy DID ask them to be honest and Aubrey does appear to be the only one to ever speak up and treat Diddy as a person and not as The Puppet Master. If I were in a group and I found out that Diddy was using one of the members for other things it would be nice to know. Diddy doing something with a member is MUCH different then the girls doing side projects that don’t lead to leaving the band. Look what happen to NSYNC and Justin Timberlake.

Its called feedback. And its critical to any setting where there is collaboration, teams, or groups. Its basic bussiness, and it can make or break a project. If she was speaking up with ideas, AFTER BEING ASKED TO BE HONEST AND FORTHCOMING, then shes doing what Diddy coached her to do. Basically, Diddy coached her, and encouraged her, and then realized he created a monster. So he put the blame on her behavior, and her attitude, and pulled the plug.
Like Beka said above, he pulls the plug before they get too big for him to control. Im sure there are other issues behind the scenes, like contract issues, money issues, etc. Still, its all stupid and over-dramatized.

i think diddy made a huge mistake dropping d.woods and aubrey because their the two that were most known i know absolutely nothing about shanon or audrina i know a little about dawn but not that much.
at least aubrey was smart and hooked herself to broadway, and i beleive that we will be seeing and ebony and ivory duo
back on the scene.
diddy is just mad because aubrey doesnt let him walk all over her.

I think everyone is hating on Aubrey. I mean I like all of the girls in the group but she adds the fire to the group. Diddy is also a strait retard for letting D. Woods go…. He’ll definitely regret that. I think Aubrey and D. Woods will be something great with or without Danity Kane. They are both very talented young ladies. All of you haters keep hating on my girls cuz bitches like ya’ll is wat will make them strive harder to achieve their goals:-) You hatin ass bithches are all probably fat, ugly, disgusting idiots who work at McDonalds flippin burgers and taking orders lol Keep the hating, jealousy and envy coming cuz it dayum sure ain’t holding my girls back!!!!!!

I WATCHED THIS SHOW SINCE DAY 1! WAY BEFORE DANITY KANE WAS MADE! I LOVED AUBREY! SHE WAS VERY TALENTED AND STOOD OUT TO ME! AFTER DANITY KANE SECOND ALBUM AND SECOND SEASON OF MAKING DA BAND SHE LOOKED LIKE FAKE AND SEEM REAL COCKY AND THOUGHT SHE WAS THE SHIT! I STARTED TO DISLIKE HER CHARACTER! I THOUGHT SHE WAS TRYING TO BE LIKE CHRISTINA AGULERIA ! AND UMMMMMMMMMMMMMM SHES NO WAY NEAR CLOSE! ITS TOO BAD FAME GOT TO HER HEAD! BUT SHE HER TODAY GONE TOMORROW! AND AS FAR AS D WOODS UMMM WHO IS THAT?LOL WELL THATS ALL! OH AND ADREA HAS THE BEST VOICE DAWN IS THE BEST ALL AROUND PERFORMER AND SHANNON THE BEST DANCER! SO THERE THEY WILL BE ALLRIGHT !
