Heather Locklear arrested and mugshot

Back in June Heather Locklear checked herself into rehab, and three months later she has been arrested fro Driving Under the Influence.  Locklear was arrested on Saturday night and spent the night in lock-up until she was released Sunday morning.

Locklear was witnessed driving erratically, revving her Audi A4 engine, continually backing over a pair of sunglasses, and wandering into traffic.  Police ruled out alcohol as a factor, but believe that prescription medication might be the issue.
