The native Texan Pop star has gone back to her roots and is now on tour promoting her country tunes from her new CD “Do You Know.” Simpson said recently, “I’ve always been a fan of country music and just growing up in Texas, I was always surrounded by country music and, you know, I definitely look up to people like a Dolly Parton or a Willie Nelson, I mean, country has always been the heart of who I am.”
