Jill Greenberg, a photographer and Democrat, was hired by Atlantic Magazine to photograph Republican Presidential candidate John MacCain for their issue. Unfortunately, her personal views made this an awful choice since she has stated that she altered the photographs to make McCain look more evil.
Atlantic ended up using a different photo for their cover after finding about what Greenberg had done. However, she kept outtakes from the shoot and has manipulated them to create even more disturbing images. Some of the images that are causing a stir this morning are below. More are on line here.
