Sarah Palin hoop earring disaster?

John McCain and his Vice Presidential selection, Sarah Palin, appeared on a news clip discussing Hurricane Gustav and where they will ride out the storm ahead of the Republican National Convention. Usually this wouldn’t be big news, but Sarah Palin was wearing big hoop earrings which are now leading to people calling her trailer trash. Have we taken hoop earrings too far? Does sporting some golden rings link you to a trailer??? Thoughts people??

This is a brilliant move by McCain to court the powerful “trailer trash” bloc, which has put Bush into office 2 straight terms. Look for Palin’s husband to get involved in several bar fights and car crashes, while Our Girl gives a spirited rendition of “Stand by your Man” complete with mini-skirt and thigh-high boots.

Well really, what’s the big deal about the hoops, the hair is just as horrible. It looks like a big fake birds nest sitting on top of her head with blonde streaks.
That’s pretty trailor trash in itself.

she prayed to God and God delivered funds (bridge to nowhere) she scraped the bridge to nowhere and was able to use funds for projects to further her political career what a phony

Sounds to me like the Democratic panic levels are reaching critical levels, when wearing hoop earrings becomes a political topic. What next – will she be criticized for her “hairspray footprint”?

OK, so yeah those earring are kinda slutty or w/e. I might not like sarah palin, but not because of her fashion sense.

I am not a fan of Mrs. Palin however taking cheap shots at her earrings just makes you look stupid. If some so called star had them on you would save how great they look.
