Sarah Palin, the new Governor of Alaska, has been named as john McCain’s running mate for the 2008 Presidential election. Aside from being Governor, Palin is also the 1984 Miss Alaska runner-up when she represented her home county at Miss Wasilla – you know what that is worth?? $10 in Monopoly…she also took home Miss Congeniality which I think gets you $25!
Palin has also sat on the Wasilla City Council for four year, from 92-96, and also ran an unsuccessful bid for Lieutenant Gov. in 2002. Today she became the first woman to be selected as a Vice Presidential candidate for a major party since Geraldine Ferraro in 1984.

Lets see….Bill Clinton and Monica, John Edwards and his Social Life…?…oh I guess it’s ok to slam a 17 year old Young Woman who’s not running for nothing. I guess that means she can’t vote Dem when she turns “18″.
