Nicole and Joel seem so happy

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were looking so happy…if happy is trying to seem like a couple by refusing to make eye contact or smile.

The pair, that is rumored to be having issues in their relationships because of an Olsen twin, were out house hunting in Los Angeles yesterday.  Nicole must be watching Making the Band because she is sporting the Aubrey O’Day head band.
