Alba, who gave birth to her daughter Honor in June, has been the topic of much discussion about how quickly she lost her baby weight. It’s reported that her trainer, Ramona Braganza is even impressed about how quickly Jessica slimmed down saying “Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly.” Ramona also said that Jessica lost the weight with hard work.
