Madonna Sticky and Sweet World Tour Kicks Off (Photos)

Madonna might be 50 years old and seem a bit old to be strutting around stage half naked, but she consistently pulls it off with great shows. That was the case in Cadiff, Wales as Madonna kicked off her Sticky & Sweet tour for screaming fans at Millennium Stadium.

The show featured Madonna showing her her chiseled physique while going through several wardrobe changes. She even found time to have her friends make video cameos, including Britney Spears. The white top hat, guitar, and very blond hair did frighten me a bit though….looks like Alice on Wonderland on acid or something.
