Britney does a cameo video for Madonna

Check out the Sticky & Sweet program from Madonna’s World Tour and watch a Britney Spears surprise video clip.

Madonna kicked off her Sticky & Sweet in Welsh city of Cardiff on Saturday night with some surprises.  During a video clip during one of her songs Britney Spears was featured stuck on an elevator with a closing head shot of Britney saying her now famous line “It’s Britney Bitch“.  The Sticky & Sweet program features a boxing theme of Madonna going round by round and looking incredible.
