Former Playboy Playmate and wife of Lorenzo Llamas, Shauna Sand,  spends most of her days scantly clad hitting up parties or in a bikini on the beaches of Miami.  Yesterday was no different as Shauna his the waters of Miami with her children to enjoy the day while showing off her still impressive, if a bit skinny, body while sporting a hat big enough to provide shade to a small village..  Shauna was with her three daughters, Alexandra Lynne, Victoria, and Isabella Lorenza.
