Our second favorite red head, Phoebe Price, made sure she was seen yesterday as she lunched at The Ivy and worked a Blow Pop like a pro. The extra pale and extra red headed Price always seems to draw a crowd, yet no one can seem to figure out what the hell she is famous for. One of these days we will learn, but until then the mystery continues.
